The Green Earth Roshni School is based on a pedagogic philosophy that embraces the creativity in a child, as well as academic potential.

In addition age-appropriate lesson plans the students at Green Earth are given additional input through music, visual arts and hand crafts that are intended to balance and encourage development beyond the norms of a standardized education. Today Green Earth Roshni School offers education to over 100 children from the villages. There are classes from kindergarten to class 7.

The Green Earth Roshni School was founded with the help of the neighboring plastic recycling factory. Not only did the school recieve its name from the Green Earth Recycling Factory but also their building and further donations.
